We deliver to Abbey, Ambergate, Bovell, Broadwater, Busselton, West Busselton, Geographe, Kealy, Reinscourt, Siesta Park, Vasse, Yalyalup, Yoongarillup and Wonnerup. For deliveries outside this area please contact us on 08 9752 1340 to see if we can assist.
We also deliver to selected areas within Capel, Cowaramup, Chapman Hill, Dunsborough, Marybrook, Quindalup, and Yallingup. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for deliveries to this area. Please contact us on 08 9752 1340 to discuss deliveries to these areas. We are unable to deliver to these locations on weekends*.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Peppermint Grove Beach.
All orders placed prior to our same day cut off of 12pm weekdays are able to be delivered the same day. Any orders placed after the same day cut off time will be delivered on the next business day.
Saturday orders are to be placed by 5pm on the Friday the day prior. Any orders received after this time will be delivered the next business day.
We do not deliver on Sundays.
We are unable to cater to specific delivery times. Our weekday orders are typically delivered in the afternoon with all orders being delivered by 5pm. Saturday orders will be delivered by 2pm.
If you are sending to a business address, please state this in your order so that we can deliver your order during the business hours.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct recipient, delivery details and address have been provided. Busselton Florist accepts no liability for orders where the buyer has provided the incorrect address. We understand that mistakes happen and in the event of this occurring we will offer a 20% discount off of a replacement order.
If no one is home to receive an order the flowers will be left in a suitable safe place, usually by the front door. Busselton Florist accepts no responsibility for orders left at the provided recipient address.
If there is nowhere safe to leave an order, Busselton Florist will leave a card in the letterbox advising the recipient to contact Busselton Florist to arrange collection of the order from our shop. If redelivery is requested this will incur an additional fee at the sender’s expense.
We are unable to deliver to gated properties, or properties located off of dirt roads.
